Financial Planning + Investment Management
Along with tailored recommendations, we help implement those recommendations and manage your portfolio.
Financial Planning fee*: $4,900
Investment Management fee**:
First $100k: 0.90%
Next $900k: 0.45%
Assets above $1m: 0.30%
*Planning fee is higher for business owners and clients with real estate investments.
**Investment minimum for this service is $500k, with some exceptions.
Investment Management as a stand-alone service
We'll identify your risk tolerance, time horizon, and liquidity needs to determine the most appropriate portfolio to construct and manage at Avenue 90.
We'll meet with you at least once per year if you’d like to review the portfolio.
Investment Management fee*:
First $100k: 0.90%
Next $900k: 0.45%
Assets above $1m: 0.30%
*Investment minimum for this service is $25k.
Hourly Planning
For clients who would like us to answer questions related to their financial life, they can book a one-hour video session.
Rate: $250/hour
If clients would like additional time, they can book a follow-up session in 30- or 60-minute increments.
